The latest version of Babolat's most popular racquet.
The new GT Technology provides even
more stable control. The Cortex System filters out those
vibrations that interfere with feel, thus enhancing the feel for the
ball.
- Pure Drive GT - Solid playing, controllable, maneuverable racquets
for the
3.5 to 5.0 level player. In regular or extended (plus) length.
Used by Carlos Moya, Li Na, and Kim Clijsters
- Pure Drive Roddick - Same frame as the Pure Drive
but heavier and more head light for the harder swinging
player. A solid feeling Pure Drive with great spin control. Available in regular and extended length.
- Pure Drive Lite - A lighter and more powerful version of the Pure Drive. It has the same frame but is
noticeably lighter (10.5) and is balanced slightly more head
heavy. A solid feeling Pure Drive with a little more pop.
- Pure Drive107 - Oversize version. Bigger sweet
spot. Same power as the Lite. Well controlled, extra
head size barely noticeable.

The GT is the latest 2011
version. Offers
great control, power, and accuracy. Plays very similar to the Pure Drive, but with a faster
swing for more power and spin. The aerodynamic frame give this racquet good
maneuverability and a
faster, more powerful swing.
- AeroPro Drive - used by Nadal, Shiavone. For 4.0 plus players.
Heavier for solid control but head light for excellent
maneuverability. Also used by Tsonga and Wozniacki.
- AeroPro Drive Lite - the lightest and most powerful
version. Head heavy for good ball follow through and power.
