This is a Head LiquidMetal 4 racquet for solid playing
intermediate to advanced players (3.0 to 4.5). It is an
excellent racquet that was a Tennis Magazine's Editor's Choice.
We highly recommend it for this level of player (shop owner
used it).
This racquet offers LiquidMetal Technology which puts sections of
a special dense material at the 4 corners of the frame. This gives
great stability and control; it also expands the sweet spot. This
racquet feels as if the sweet spot is the whole string area.
The racquet is moderate weight and has good maneuverability for net play
and quick serves. This is a solid, popular racquet for a broad range of skill levels; you can play with the LM4 for years.
This racquet directly competes with the Wilson nCode
N5 which we also sell. Both are excellent. The
difference being that the N5 is overall lighter and is head heavy to
give the racquet some heft. The LM4 is heavier, but plays lighter
due to the neutral (1 pt head heavy) balance. Either is good, it
depends on preference.
Comes strung with Head Synthetic gut. It plays very nicely with
this string: good touch, feel, and control, and large sweet spot. No discount for unstrung
frames. Also includes full racquet case and one year factory
warranty.
